Throughout its 3,400 square feet, this house features iron supports and brackets that give it a noticeable and unique appeal. This house is also not available for purchase as it has been purchased by the city and is leased to the County Chamber of Commerce.


THE JONES-LEE HOUSE

This unique property in Greenville, NC was built by the same architect that made the Fleming house. Designated as a historical place in 1980, the 1895 home is also built in the Queen Anne style making the home is easily identifiable as well! With green siding, a bright red roof, and half-timbering it is as beautiful as it is noticeable. The Jones-Lee House was recently moved from its original location and was subsequently purchased. Following the purchase, the new owners, the Law family, began to transition the historic home into a restaurant.


E. B. FICKLEN HOUSE

Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984, the E. B. Ficklen House is yet another Queen Anne style home in the Skinnerville-Greenville Heights historic district. This district is chock full of unique properties Greenville NC and is comprised of buildings from a stretch of about 110 years, starting in 1845. Distinguished by its high rising, circular corner tower, this stately building is now home to ECU’s Zeta Tau Alpha chapter.
